ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର: ଦାରିଙ୍ଗିବାଡି ଓ କୋଇଡାରେ ପ୍ରବଳ ତୁଷାରପାତ । ଏଭଳି ଏକ ଶୀର୍ଷକ ଲେଖି ରାଜ୍ୟର ଦୈନିକ ଖବରକାଗଜ ସମ୍ବାଦ ମଙ୍ଗଳବାର ଏକ ଖବର ପ୍ରଥମ ପୃଷ୍ଠାରେ ଛାପିଥିଲା। ହେଲେ ଏହାକୁ ‘ତୁଷାରପାତ’ ବୋଲି କହିହେବ ନାହିଁ । ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ପାଣିପାଗ ବିଭାଗ ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ଏକ ଟ୍ୱିଟ୍ କରିଛି । ଯେଉଁଥିରେ ପରୋକ୍ଷରେ ସଂପୃକ୍ତ ଖବରକାଗଜ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ କହିଛି, ‘ଗତ ଦୁଇଦିନ ଧରି କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଏବଂ ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର କିଛି ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ରେ ଦେଖା ଦେଉଥିବା ଭୂମି ଉପରେ ଛୋଟ ଛୋଟ ବରଫର ଆସ୍ଥରଣ ତୁଷାରପାତ ନୁହେଁ। ଏହାକୁ ବିଜ୍ଞାନର ଭାଷାରେ ତୁହିନ (Frost) କୁହାଯାଏ। ପୃଥିବୀ ପୃଷ୍ଠରେ ଶୀର ରାତିରେ ଏତେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ହୋଇଯାଏ ଯେ, ତାପମାତ୍ରା ହିମାଙ୍କ ତଳକୁ ଖସିଯାଏ । ଏଠାରେ ଜଳୀୟବାଷ୍ପ ଘନୀଭୂତ ହେବା ପରେ ତରଳ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ରହିନପାରି କଠିନ ଅବସ୍ଥା ଧାରଣ କରେ । ଶିଶିର ବିନ୍ଦୁର ଏହି କଠିନ ଅବସ୍ଥାକୁ ବିଜ୍ଞାନ ଭାଷାରେ ତୁହିନ ବୋଲି କହୁଯାଏ।
ଉଲ୍ଲେଖଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ଗତକାଲି ରାତିରେ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ତାପମାତ୍ରା ଦାରିଙ୍ଗିବାଡି ପରେ ଫୁଲବାଣୀରେ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି । ଦାରିଙ୍ଗିବାଡିରେ ଏହି ତାପମାତ୍ରା 3.5 ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ସେଲସିୟସ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଫୁଲବାଣୀରେ ଏହା 4 ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ସେଲସିୟସ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି । ସେହିପରି 19ଟି ସ୍ଥାନରେ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ତାପମାତ୍ରା 10 ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ତଳେ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି । ବାଲେଶ୍ୱରରେ ସର୍ବନିମ୍ନ ତାପମାତ୍ରା 9.8 ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, ଚାନ୍ଦବାଲିରେ 9.2 ଡିଗ୍ରୀ, କଟକରେ 10.1, ପାରାଦୀପ 12.8, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର 10.0, ଗୋପାଳପୁର 11.8, ପୁରୀ 13.6, ଅନୁଗୋଳ 8.6 ଡିଗ୍ରୀ ରେକର୍ଡ ହୋଇଛି ।
